My secondary school final exam is approaching. I can feel the stress is getting bigger day by day. What should I do? How am I going to release those stress? The most effective way to release my stress is do more revision to build up my self confidence. As I study, I learn more, this helps me to gain my confidence to face my exam.
Another way is always think positive. This is kinda important for me. A positive thinking can help reduce one’s pressure and build up one’s confidence. I should comfort myself by thinking I already studied and now is in the progress on doing my revision. I should practice to comfort myself so that I can slowly reduce my study pressure. Why should I so nervous about it? This examination is not FINAL for me because I will still go to college or university to further my studies after my secondary. So, I guess I shouldn’t take it seriously.
Besides, I can do something I like after finished my revision. This is to encourage myself that I already did well, so that I will feel happy by doing something that I want to do. I heard people said, eating chocolates can help me reduce stress. Hmm…maybe I should try some (P.S: I like chocolates actually). XD
In conclusion, be a happy person is important for me. Happy can make my life more colourful and beautiful. So, I shall learn to overcome the stress and try to be a happy girl. “Happy always go lucky!”
