Sports (2)


Besides playing ping pong in my earlier post, I also like jogging because jogging is able to increase my stamina and train my legs’ muscles. I wanted to have a pair of strong legs so that I will not fall down so easily. Why I said I will not fall down? This is because during my childhood, I would fall down without reason. I guess my legs were weak at that time. I hate falling down because it hurts when I got wound on my legs especially my knees.

        Recently, I accidentally sprained my left ankle in school. Fortunately, I still able to walk at that time after I took some rest for about 3 minutes holding a pole of my school’s corridor. It was a bit ironic because no one including my friends came and asked me why I am posing beside a pole. Never mind, when I came home and check my sprained ankle, I found that my ankle swelled and it was a bit pain when I tried to cure it. Till now, my ankle has not fully recovered yet. I guess it was because sometimes I may accidentally twisted my ankle a bit.

        Sigh…I think I will need to jog more to prevent myself from spraining my ankle and also falling down without any reason.
