Bipolar Disorder


What is bipolar disorder? It is a kind of emotion psychological illness. There are 3 stages of these disorder, the first stage is depression, the second stage is bipolar disorder and the third stage would be known as integration disorder (精神分裂症).

Let’s talk about the first stage, depression. Depression is when a person’s thoughts mostly are negative thoughts. The person feels very very down and all they think and do are negative. They have lost all the interest to do anything. They just feel this world very grey and dark. When a person is undergoing depression, it is best to seek for psychological doctor to have some medicine or some consultation to let them spilt out their inner feelings.

Next, about bipolar disorder. Bipolar disorder is the second stage emotional disorder. Bipolar means there are 2 extreme feelings such as hyper (excited) mood and down (depression) mood. Bipolar disorder is slightly difficult to handle compared to depression. This is because the person who has bipolar disorder has a serious mood swing. They can easily go to hyper mood because of something happy, and can easily go to down mood because of something unhappy. The mood swing very fast and they are suffering. 

Sometimes, they cannot find the neutral point for their mood. People with serious bipolar disorder should seek for psychological doctor for injection, medication and consultation. Normally, people with bipolar disorder tend to live a normal life same as normal people. They will feel very very embarrassing because of their mood swings. Therefore, they will reject and fear of their own mood swing (hyper and down mood). But actually, bipolar disorder people should learn to accept reality and learn to let go of things. 

Most importantly, bipolar people should learn to accept themselves and love themselves. It is nothing wrong to have an emotion sickness. Once bipolar people started to learn to accept and love themselves, and with the aid of doctor’s medication, they can slowly recover from serious mood swing.

In conclusion, love and accept can help to cure these emotion sickness. Therefore, never give up, think positive and find a trustable person to spill out all the unhappy and negative thoughts.

Story of H & J - Chapter 1


        H & J met each other during college time. They were classmates and studied the same course together in the same college. At first, J just treat H as a normal friend and classmate. But slowly, H and J started to chat about homework, classes, lecturers and many other things.

H and J started to sit together during Malaysian Studies classes. They listened to songs together and have lunch together. Many of the classmates teased H and J of being couples but that time H already has a girlfriend. J just treat the teasing as the most secure teasing ever because J never thought of being couple together with H due to many personal reasons.


After being good friends for almost 2 semesters, J slowly felt that H like her and found out that H already broke up with his girlfriend, but that time J doesn’t ready yet and J just treated H as a buddy that always accompany her. H did many things that made J feel very touched and in the end, J accepted H’s confession and finally become couples.

Why Vegetarian? ^^

         Some of the people I met will ask me why I am a vegetarian, I would like to share the reasons and benefits of becoming a vegetarian. I am a vegetarian since born because my parents are vegetarian. They converted to vegetarian before they get married because of religion teachings and also they do not want to kill animals. Why animals have to be killed just to become human’s meals while humans can survive without eating meats? Animals are living things just like human beings. They can feel pain and they also have blood flowing through their bodies. Therefore, we should not harm them and turn them to our meals just because of unnecessary demanding.


The following are the reasons and benefits of becoming a vegetarian:

1) Healthy and cruelty free
2) Respect animals’ lives
3) Environmental friendly
4) Reduced the karma of killing animals
5) Able to have mentality peacefulness
       
       There are many types of vegetarians which are vegan (doesn’t consume egg and dairy products), lacto-ovo-vegetarian (eat both eggs and dairy products), lacto-vegetarians (eat dairy products but doesn’t consume eggs), ovo-vegetarian (eat eggs but doesn’t consume dairy products) and etc.

I am the lacto-ovo-vegetarian which is consume both egg and dairy products but I do not consume onion and garlic. The reason why I do not consume onion and garlic is because onion and garlic are the strong bacteria killer used for seasoning meats. My stomach doesn’t consume any meat products, so if I consume onion and garlic, then most likely my stomach will act as the meat for the onion garlic to season (means my stomach will get hurt) >~<
       In conclusion, these are my reasons why I am a vegetarian. I hope that more and more people around the world can support vegan or vegetarian lifestyle and have more love towards animals in the future. Cheers~ xD
